recipe :: sour cream chicken

I worked 10 in the morning to 3 in the afternoon today. :) Which means I had a home cooked meal today! Thank goodness because I don't know how much longer I could survive on cookies or NO FOOD! Dinner was GREAT!!

Ingredients:

 Sour Cream
1 pk of Chicken
1 pk of Ritz Crackers
1 stick of butter

Rub chicken with sour cream. Place chicken in an oven dish. Salt and Pepper to your liking. Crush about 20 Ritz Crackers and sprinkle over chicken. Cut stick of butter into four and place in oven dish evenly around chicken. Set oven at 350 degrees. Cover chicken with foil. Cook for 45 minutes to one hour.

I made cheesy broccoli as a side dish and ...

Ingredients:

1 can of condensed Cream of Broccoli Soup
1/3 c. of Sour Cream
1 c. of mixed vegetables

Prepare stuffing as directed on Stove Top Stuffing Mix box. Mix sour cream and Cream of Broccoli Soup with a cup of mixed vegetables. Pour Sour Cream/Soup/Vegetable mixture and stuffing into oven dish. Set oven at 400 degrees and bake for 30 minutes.

Tonight's dinner!!

I promise this is a must try!!

It was two thumbs up and it sure beat what I had for dinner the last two nights! Plus family time at the dinner table is exactly what I look forward to every night. Sure did miss that the most!
